Bill Dreger Glass & Aluminium was established in Bowen in 1981 as a supplier of residential windows and doors for the local building industry. Since then, due to demand from further afield, the company expanded into additional locations and introduced a variety of features.

After building the company from the ground up and successfully running it for four decades, Bill Dreger decided to retire and sold the business in 2021 to the current owners, Tanya Finlay and Darren Williams, both of whom had been long-term employees of the company. Following a slight name change to Dreger Glass & Aluminium, the new owners and their exceptional staff now enjoy all aspects of the industry and hold a highly regarded position in Bowen, Collinsville, Airlie Beach, Cannonvale, and the surrounding areas.

It is a source of pride that Bill Dreger Glass & Aluminium was the first-ever Bradnam's Windows & Door Licensee. A strong relationship was forged over forty years ago and continues to this day with the current owners.
